Action Party is an exploratory civic and political organizing project currently in formation.

We are working toward building a lawful, transparent, people-centered political organization focused on democratic accountability, equal rights, due process, civil liberty, and government that serves the public rather than concentrated power.

At this stage, Action Party is not yet a legally registered political party, political committee, nonprofit organization, tax-exempt organization, or ballot-qualified party. Any references to “party,” “movement,” “chapter,” “volunteer,” “support,” or similar terms describe our organizing goals and civic project, not a final legal status.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, tax, financial, campaign-finance, or election-law advice. Visitors, supporters, volunteers, and contributors should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

As Action Party develops, this page will be updated to reflect any formal legal registrations, committee filings, organizational structure, disclaimers, reporting obligations, and official governing documents.
