Donation & Fundraising Notice

Action Party is currently an exploratory civic and political organizing project in formation.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on an official donation page, payments, purchases, affiliate revenue, sponsorships, or other support should not be treated as tax-deductible donations, political contributions, campaign contributions, or contributions to a registered political committee.

We are not currently representing that contributions are tax deductible. We are also not representing that Action Party is presently a legally registered political party, political committee, nonprofit organization, or tax-exempt entity.

Any future political fundraising, campaign-finance activity, committee activity, tax-exempt activity, or party registration will be handled according to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Supporters are responsible for ensuring that their own participation complies with applicable law.
